Counselor

Greetings!

My name is LaTricia Bennett, and I am delighted to be your child’s school counselor. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I taught in Clayton County for seventeen years. For the last five years, I was a counselor in Griffin Spalding County. As the counselor for the students at Lake Ridge Elementary, I will advocate for them because I have a genuine interest in their success and well-being.

Our students are our future, and the knowledge they acquire in the areas of academic, career, and personal/social development during their elementary years serve as a foundation to their imminent success. It is my goal to equip students with the tools they need to excel in all of their endeavors.

I love children and have a vested interest in helping them become the best that they can be. I look forward to working with you and your son/daughter to help him/her be successful, productive citizens, for I truly believe it takes a village to raise a child.
